Arrival time : . Arrival between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm meeting directly at the apartment (Call us from the airport or station). From 7:00 pm to 9:00 am, on Sunday and french hollidays the meeting at the apartment will be charged 165 Euros.Therefore the client could pick the keys up directly in the Apartment Living chamber lock for free;
Departure time: .The clients should leave the apartment before 11h00.After this time one extra night will be charged except for prior agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The security deposit will be taken against acredit card imprint .( or 1 000 € cash).It should be taken at least when the client pick up the keys. this imprint will be taken back to the client if any damages in the apartment occures.
ARRIVAL:
Would you please tell us in advance your arrival time ( flight or train information would be very helpfull) . As soon as you have secured your suitcases call us at 01 45 67 27 90 to organize a meeting at the apartment.
DEPARTURE:
Would you please informe us about your departure time at least 24 hours before leaving .
SERVICES:
Cleanning once a week (for a minimum stay of 10 days)with change of linens and towels.
For any extra person , 30 euros per night will be asked except for prior agreement .
Pets: Pets are welcome in certain of our apartments and forbiden in others. Would you please ask to us before bringing them. If not 16 euros per night will be asked.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
The booking deposit will be completly refund if the client cancell more than 60 nights before arrival. If not this amount will be cashed by the compagny.
CONSUMPTIONS:
téléphone: 0,50 € / unit ( 1 unit in local call = 2 minutes)
Electricity and gaz are based on a meter and are in extra.
